LEAVING

This is an experiment in death.

In the endless rounds of karmic payback

the hallways of echoes and remembrance.

Raging curiosity culled and excavated

modern and dusty.

Know this: Leaving is a choice. Staying is a lesson.

Worth is a screenshot of a playlist without end.

Whichever meanders or lingers poised for sound bites of relief.

The melody of work, sweat, and communion.

This is value.

Confessions of honesty, honesty of confession.

Fear relieves itself in movement, but it is not done.

That is reality.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE INANIMATE OBJECT?

You, of course.

“You must have a room, or a certain hour or so a day, where you don’t know what was in the newspapers that morning, you don’t know who your friends are, you don’t know what you owe anybody, you don’t know what anybody owes to you. This is a place where you can simply experience and bring forth what you are and what you might be. This is the place of creative incubation. At first you may find that nothing happens there. But if you have a sacred place and use it, something eventually will happen. —Joseph Campbell” —

A Creation Story...

Before there was Her who is and is not known on earth.

In Herself was an infinitely dense and hot desire. So full was She that She made love to Herself. And She was both the Morning and Evening stars.

In joy they expanded and moved away from each other. So beautiful were they that they created all things and did not.

The Morning and Evening stars each left a trail across the sky that was Her. As they moved from Her they became themselves, and thus contained in them was Her. Their reflection against Her darkness began to Mirror All.

And it is here that we meet all Gods.
